A growing interest in optional insurance is highlighted by a new study on the insurance market in Romania that we recently conducted for Groupama Asigurari Romania.

Understanding the preferences of insurance consumers is a critical pillar for both individual customer satisfaction and continuous market education, bringing lasting benefits to the entire society. We believe that the results of this new study we conducted among insurance holders, commissioned by Groupama, illustrate the importance of listening to and understanding customers’ needs and desires, and reconfirm the relevance of interaction in the services offered, including by conducting market studies.
